Awesome sunsets. Bugs a plenty but good place to relax. Check out the tower and park on the other side of the road. It's too cool.
I like this park, my wife had a nice time walking a trail and then relaxing at the water.
Great spot to drop in. Can still get to the weekie wachee river from here. Only drawback is since March 1st 2021 its $10 to park boat trailer / car.
Great place to launch my 14ft V-Hull. Vessels beware of the low hanging bridge that is about 100ft from the dock. Now trying to launch here on the weekends is kind of a pain due to the small parking lot, but if you can try and come early. If not just get the parking ticket and try to park somewhere close. All and all Jenkin's Creek is a great park to unload your kayak and just chill on down the river.
Beautiful place to stop and take a short walk but $10.00 to park is just ridiculous.nHernando county should be ashamed.
