Very closed from home, pretty convinient for me.

I just spent over half an hour in this store for a return. I received a damaged item online and was getting the exact same thing. Same size and style. First of all, I am not sure why running it through the computer was even necessary. The EXACT same bar code was coming in as going out of the store. Second, the price of my item on the return side was different than the price of the same item getting purchased. They could not figure out how to do a straight across exchange and called their customer service line. That proceeded to take twenty minutes. Ridiculous. I will not come back to this store. Complete incompetence.

Excellent service and always something good to choose from.

Shopping at WHBM at Redmond Town Center (WA) is a real treat. Each time I walk into the store in greeted immediately. The sales associates do not hover and aren't pushy. I love that they are knowledgeable about what is in the store and make suggestions about other pieces of clothing I wouldn't have put together. I love shopping there!

Great clothes, little pricey but good sales. Their return policy is convenient (can return online purchases to store). The sales people at this location are lovely, very helpful without being too pushy.
