Waited in line at the drive through, and three things happened.n1: They took my card and then told me that I would need to come inside in order to get my prescription because they're too busy to deal with me over the drive through.n2: I went inside and they gave my card to A DIFFERENT CUSTOMER in the drive through instead of giving it back to me.n3: They overcharged me by $22 and refused to discuss why the price might have changed, leading me to assume that it was an intentional overcharge.nnMoral of the story: Don't go to this location. Find a different CVS.

Louis in the pharmacy is great! I’d like to thank him for his patience and putting up with me and also apologize for the confusion. Pregnancy brain is a real thing I’m starting to realize lol

Horrible job staffing this place, long lines, poor customer service. Excessive wait at the pharmacy even if you are just dropping off a prescription for pick up later. Horrible all around.

CVS pharmacy, what a joke, thay charged me 57$ for medication, that is free, at Publix pharmacy. And never ever did this greedy money hungry corporation. Taka onto account how people on a fixed income would get any other desperately needed itim.nAll l can say is SHAM, SHAM,SHAME.

This place used to be good, but now it is horrible. Time and time again prescriptions take hours. You figure it has been 4 hours it would be done. Get here sit 5 cars deep and wait a half hour or more to be told it isn't ready come back in 10 minutes. Come back get it and as you pull away get the text that your prescription is ready for pick up. And here I am going through this for the 4thvtime this month. I am ready to change hopefully my son is too.
