Always out of milkshakes during the pandemic and have to ask for fresh food
Waited in line for about 15 minutes, ordered a cheeseburger happy meal with Apple's.. , picked it up at the window, started to drive when my child told me he didn't have his Apple's.. went back through the line once more, only 10 minutes this trip,was told to drive up to the window to get the Apple's. I go forward, and waited at least 15 more minutes before I just went and parked, went inside,got the rest of the happy meal... They gave him 2 bags of apples... Won't be stopping back anytime soon.
They always forget food when you order delivery. Called tonight to ask for a credit for the items they charged me for yet didn't include and they hung up on me.
I understand that it was late after midnight. But my fries and both burgers were cold the cheese wouldn't even melt. And for some reason they never get it quite right I ask for no pickles and I guess that meant plain cause on 2 chbrgrs they had nothing but meat and cheese on a bun and cold yuck!! All I can say to the employees is would you want to pay for that? And would you want to eat it ?
