Great little coffee shop with a really good avocado toast. Chicken and waffles was really good. And if you like those, you need to try the even better chicken and biscuits (not pictured). The Ice coffee was delicious. Everything was made to order and really fresh. Will definitely be visiting this little gem again when I return to Spring Hill.

Their coffee is phenomenal. And that’s coming from two baristas. Their food was so good and that’s coming from one cook. I would highly recommend this place for people visiting from out of town to find a local eatery. I got their avocado toast with feta and balsamic and my boyfriend got chicken and waffles. Everything tasted amazing and there was good presentation. The two workers were really friendly and made sure we were taken care of.

This place is the BOMB. Amazing breakfast, lunch, and I hear now they're even open for dinner! You've got to try the pancakes with their homemade brown sugar cinnamon syrup they make, out of this world. And man... they make these pop tarts... like... WOW. Go visit. Best restaurant around hands down.

An absolutely fantastic experience.nMy wife and I were here over the weekend and we had a delicious breakfast. The Chicken and Waffles are to die for. The butter and syrup that came with my meal was so tasty. My wife’s iced coffee was very good and my Cafe Con Leche was perfect. We will definitely be back.nThank you

Every time I visit a new coffee shop my standard order is an espresso and a cappuccino...this is my baseline. Caffe Connection serves up the best espresso I have found in the area no doubt. The owner made my dry cappuccino to perfection. Highly recommend for anyone who is a fan of GREAT coffee.
