It's a good bank. What's there to say?

This bank is absolutely HORRIBLE and I will NEVER bank here again! Constantly putting blocks on my card for no reason at all and it’s stopping me from making purchases for things I need. I called customer service about 3 times in the last 2 weeks about this issue and to unblock my bank card, they were very unprofessional and not helpful at all. I took all of my money out of the account and transferred it to CHASE which is a very good bank I’ve been banking with them for 7 years now, and I told regions I’d like to close my account up and their response was “you have a nice day” and hung up on me. This is absolutely ridiculous and they should be out of business. I’d bank elsewhere if I was you!

I’ve been with Regions for almost 5 years now, I’ve had nothing but great experiences at other branches. I recently purchased a home by this branch and planned to start having this one as my home branch’snSadly this is the WORST regions I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. I have used them multiple times hoping the experiences would get better. They have not, I own 2 business so I have to make regular trip to the bank for deposits. This branch consistently makes my time in the branch as long, frustrating and difficult as possible. Everyone has a attitude, and does not want to give you assistance.nLucky the branch on forest oaks and 19 is great and it is not the to far out of my way to go there or I would be moving the all my accounts to my other bank. I hope regions investigates what the problem is with this branch.
