Extremely rude customer service.nWhen asked, if a teller could look into where the stimulus payment went, my husband and I were told, I CAN'T DEAL WITH THIS, and transferred the call to customer service center, where we were on gold for over 30 minutes.nThis has prompted us to change banks. I will never bank with Chase Bank again.nAnd for the rude teller, I'd like to say, times are stressful enough right now, when people who use the bank that you work at, to keep their money, you better do whatever it takes to keep them happy. YOUR paycheck depends on it. You are REPLACEABLE!

The girl at the register made us wait 30 minutes for the next available banker (two bankers at that time) to tell us after that it’s all booked with appointments. Very unprofessional! During these 30 minutes both bankers were available.

Walked in lobby and waited 30 mins. in line. Just to cash a check. Two tellers having some problem with customers. Two agents in lobby were very rude. Not to sociable. I asked if there was a problem and she said we are just doing our job. By not being polite, an apology would have been sufficient. I used the ATM machine and completed my transaction in 2 mins.nThey need to increase staffing being they closed the branch in New Port Richey. They could transfer them up to this branch on Mariner Blvd.nNo way to run a bank.

Super rude costumer service. Never go to these branch. I was going to open a new account she told that I need to prove of identity ; i just have one find. But she tell me that online I can do it without prove. So??? She cannot open me the account online. O% of costumer service.
