Increasing rates during a pandemic is a pretty lousy thing to do, plus I received no notification about a rate increase.nI'm a long time customer and at times I need extra time for gate access and was told it's not possible, although the website says it is a possibility.nI've received letters for leaving out 1, 2 and 4 minutes late! Are you kidding me!! Never had that happen until recently. If you try to contact a general mgr, it's impossible.nnSadly, it only takes one person to sour an otherwise decent experience for you.n20+ year customers on my job get a lot of perks and respect.nI must move asap.
Great customer service from Jean in the Pembroke Pines location! Highly recommend renting a unit from this location! Very safe, clean, and attending staff.
