Cary was my third attorney in an almost 3 years long litigation. I only wish I had hired him from the start, as he was able to successfully wrap things up in just a few short months. He took over my floundering case and knocked it out of the ballpark. He's caring and compassionate, while being quick on his feet and commanding in the court room. Cary is excessively confident and arrogant in his approach to dealing with judges and opposing counsel, to the extent that he undermines the effectiveness of his efforts. Proceed with caution.

Cary is absolutely amazing. I had a very different, difficult, three year divorce. He was by my side every step of the way. He is who you want standing next to you in court and in mediation. I was able, with his help, to protect my daughter and get exactly what I felt was best. He didn't settle on any issue. The best.

Professional, caring, and good at what he does. He works hard on behalf of his clients to help insure the best outcome. He won't sugarcoat it and while he will tell you honestly what your up against he still manages to keep you calm and confident when facing the courtroom with the judge and observers present.
