Mr. Tolentino was the best decision I made when I had to file chapter 13 on a Jeep due to it's engine blowing. He always responded to my calls with any questions and explained the process and the steps clearly. Even after my case was discharged and I had questions regarding my mortgage he was there to help. Jonathan was a true pro in helping us deal with a very difficult time in our lives. He worked with us for about 8 months to put us in the proper position to be able to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy after I lost my job of 15 years. He was very clear in the process and guided us through the necessary steps to get us where we needed to be and we got there in the middle of a pandemic. In the spirit of fairness, Jonathan is an outstanding Lawyer. First, he listened to the problem and provided the solution. Personally, I had a foolish debt collector going nut after everything that I have or working for. To elicit, a debt that was 17 years old closed, and perhaps did not exist. I was in the valley of despair until I found Jonathan Tolentino. Remarkably, one day after he took my case under his care; I have never heard from that crazy debt collector ever again.
