I would recommend this business for your bankruptcy needs. They are knowledgeable, keep you in the loop and informed, and help as a guide throughout the entire process. Bankruptcy is hard enough all by itself, but with Geoff and his team, it makes it much easier to navigate through the process

Our experience with Geoff Chesnutt was wild, not because of him but more the complexity of our case. It was complicated and tedious. From the get go, Geoff was upfront and professional. I'd even air on the side of "cool." 😎 Our courtship lasted a couple of years with lots of interesting twists and turns. I'm so thankful we had him as our attorney, he is willing to take risks and knows the law. He doesn't rely on the "good ol' boy system" as a matter of fact he's first one to go to bat with it. Extremely professional, upfront and honest. Frankly, just an all around great dude. Hope I never need to hire him again, but I'd recommend any day of the week!

Geoff, is an incredible guy and excellent smart lawyer. I have had the opportunity to work with him for many years in many case from reviewing contract to starting several businesses. I have gotten to know him and his family. He is great to work with and very responsive. If I have any question or concerns he is quick to find me an answer. When is come to an Attorney of any kind he is someone you want in your corner. He is good at what he does. So call him first, if he can't help you he will know someone that can.
