Shifra is one of the most incredible Pilates teacher in every way! It’s as if she actually feels what you are doing and guides you through each exercise with her skill and her humor. She just knows how to communicate in a way that is not only an absolute pleasure but also absolutely effective! My core and I now have a real relationship! You will be beyond happy that you found her!
Shifra is one of the most gifted teachers I've ever met-nFrom her incredible skill and knowledge to her loving touch and guidance. She has helped me and so many of my friends get healthy, and also helped us learn to care for OURSELVES in ways we never could have imagined. She's an incredible teacher who changes your life one session at a time.
Shifra is such a wonderful teacher! She is knowledgeable, warm, caring and dedicated to her craft. Every class is well thought out and each class is unique. She has pushed me mentally and physically, and I definitely feel that my body has become stronger. I look forward to classes with Shifra. Not only is Shifra an amazing pilates instructor she's also a great friend and mentor. She really lifts you up in mind, body and soul. I'm so lucky to have found her here in Naples! Love my Shifra!
Shifra is in one word, amazing. She has a deep knowledge of the body and has helped me correct my posture. Her roller classes have helped me tremendously. I have even rented the Bemer from her and used it in my home to help with circulation and overall detoxing. She seems to know exactly what I need and has a way of lovingly and expertly recommending solutions for my whole being. I highly recommend that anyone looking to work with someone for overall health and wellness work with Shifra. You will not be disappointed!
