Bayfront Inn 5th Ave Naples Downtown Hotel

Great location and view of the bay. The restaurant is nice to sit out for breakfast or at sunset. The hotel itself needs a major renovation. Very outdated! The beds were clean and comfortable but the rooms decor (curtains, seats, tables were all dirty and full of dust. The front staff were all pleasant. Dave and David were great!

We were looking for a one night staycation in Naples. The front desk gave exceptional customer service and were very attentive whenever we had a question. The breakfast was very good in the restaurant with a beautiful view of the marina and boats. The service however was very slow. The room although clean needed an update. The bathroom was updated and renovated. Walking into the room it smelled musty and old. We opened the window and sprayed the lysol disinfectant that I brought in case I needed it. The room was aired out for a few hours and smelled fine when we returned from the beach. the furniture looks as if it has been there for several decades. We paid $300 for the night for a room that was old, outdated and musty.nThe lobby has a beautiful view of the water and if the lobby was renovated it would be far more inviting. This Inn could be a wonderful little getaway if it was renovated and updated, Thank you to the front desk for making it a nice experience regardless of the atmosphere.

Perfect location. Great water views. But there is a fan that runs 24/7 from the restaurant below and I couldn't sleep. I detest constant white noise. The manager called after 30 minutes and switched me to another room immediately. OMG that IS customer service. So very happy. It's a wonderful place.

This shopping and living center is centrally located close to Downtown, Naples. There are many pleasant restaurants located at this location. The view are BEAUTIFUL!!! The Bayfront Hotel is located here. The shopping center is beautifully manicured. A large center fountain anchors the restaurants and parking. Very pleasant to visit.
