My experience at Wind In The Willows was five stars until I checked out. Behind the counter, hung a large red shirt with TRUMP written on the front. I believe in freedom of speech, but when shopping in a women's boutique store, these kind of political displays are unnecessary, especially during these times of distressed within the US government.

My wife raves about this place, its amazing. They got it right… Clothes that dress up or dress down, classic lines, fabulous fabrics The ambiance of the shop is wonderful! fabulous location. Can’t say enough about it it’s my wife’s go to boutique. My wife is continually surprised by this place. The jewelry is phenomenal, the clothes are amazing and the customer service is above par. Every one should visit when in Naples, not only for the selection and the curated clothes and jewelry, but because the owner really cares about her customers and is willing to go that extra mile to make sure they’re completely satisfied.

They are absolutely #1 in customer service! No one else even comes close! Fabulous! Highest quality goods and services of any store I’ve been to in Naples. Their selection of clothes is amazing and has everything for every occasion It's my favorite place to look for designer clothes, bags, perfume, and shoes. With three teenage daughters, we spend a lot of time and money! I love the way the store is set up, and the simplicity of the displays. The products are always top quality and we never have a problem if we need to make an exchange or return. The customer service is the best, and the associates are always kind and helpful.

Loved this shop! So friendly, we're shocked by negative reviews. There are five in our family and we all had a ball in there! Unique items, my eldest daughter bought a purse she loves. The cats were a highlight of our vacation. We were ENCOURAGED to show them love and attention. Thank you staff for a great experience!
