This place is just awesome! Always spotless and stocked, has a lot of variety, and everyone is very professional. Pharmacy is top-notch, provides outstanding service every time.

I accidentally called the wrong pharmacy,nAngela answered and proceeded to tell me that she had previously spoke with me to advise that I called the wrong pharmacy in the rudest tone, then she said okayyyy?? As in about to hang up on menFirst off, It was my fist call to the pharmacynSecondly, that is not the way to speak with customer regardless of how busy you nor whether you assumed you have spoken to me previously. When it could have very well been my doctors office who made the same mistake as there are two locations in the same town on the same Main StreetnLastly the easiest customer service to provide is over the phone as you can literally fake the funk covey better service than in person,nso I can only imagine after reading the reviews of specifically regarding the pharmacy personnel that it is accurate to say lacking in customer service.nGlad it’s not my pharmacy !

Megalomaniac manager now forbids giving rain checks - stock sufficiently and rain checks would be obsolete. Store lines are long, aisles are cluttered mazes. CVS management needs to re-evaluate hire along with HIS regulations. Store associates are terrified to go against his commands. He is totally out of control.

I have been going to this location for years and overall the staff is courteous and welcoming except daphne. She is very rude and does not ever ask you for ur cvs crd or # and will not fold long receipts or even help you if you ask her questions! Management should look into her cs skills and attitude.
