Einstein Bros. Bagels

It used to be nice and friendly now the lady has an awful attitude. It's been 3 times that I got there and they run out of lemons to serve the Nova Lox, she explained that lemons are being use for the drinks now...Hopefully they save some next time for people that like salmon...ud83eudd37ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f

Good day I am writing this complaint to your company because I feel so bad for your workers in your pines location. I am a regular customer that has been eating at this location for over 10 years. I have seen and heard the disrespect your staff receives from some other customers and it amazes me how your staff has not quit on your company yet. As a customer that spends money at this location regularly I have never had any issues with the staff here because they are always friendly no matter what time of the day it is. I had to message this company on here because I have never received any response to any complaints I have filed before about the mistreatment your staff receives from other customer. My last incident I witnessed was of another customer throwing her card at the cashier when it was time for her to pay for her food. The cashier proceeded to cash the customer out and the customer throws her card at her, the cashier processes her payment and she tosses the card in your contactless payment basket in a hurry she quickly turns around to help the other worker on the line preparing food. The customer told the cashier she was rude for tossing the card in the basket so I decided to step in and tell the other customer that it was very rude to throw her card at the cashier the lady told me mind my business and I proceeded to tell her that she was very rude. I am so disappointed in this company. I have seen the staff at this location being cursed at , yelled at and had food thrown at them. If this is the way your company protects the employees that work for your business this company needs to be shutdown. YOUR WORKERS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO TOLERATE DISRESPECT FROM CUSTOMERS IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE.

Love this place, great selection of bagels and sandwiches and the staff is always super nice! Espresso drinks and juices as well. My favorite is the Asiago Bagel or Spinach Florentine. Delish!

Their app would be better if it allows for customization but ultimately their food is good and they’re quick. Their rewards program is great as well.

I went to location on yesterday, my order was not the way I ordered it at lease to my understanding, by the manger aahana she was so rude, going back in forward in front of the other customer. Never said she was sorry to me at anytime . She need customer service training, I will never come to that location . I spoke with Felica this morning when I call she was excellent and apologized but Ashanta is not good for that store she told me customer is not always right s that sad .
