Eric the owner really helped me out when I needed it. He is a good person. This neighborhood business deserves your patronage—neighbors over corporations.
My mother is getting married in Jamaica and my brother is a groomsman. He ordered his suit from this location on 10/1/20, did his measurements and paid the deposit. When he went to pick up the suit on 11/12/20, he was advised by the owner that he “forgot to order the suit”. How an you Forget to order someone’s suit for a wedding and that they paid their deposit for? When spoke to the owner he refused to rectify the situation. If you’re in a wedding or going to a wedding go someplace else. This is so horrible. My mother is in tears.
I've been renting suits from this place for years now and the service is the best. I recommend this place!
The owner, Eric, is the most helpful and on-point guy in the business. I rented a tux from here for a destination black-tie wedding and I was very happy with the results. I had an idea of what I wanted when I went in and he steered me in a more traditional look, and I lived his choices and reasoning. Never did I feel pushed though. He gave great recommendations and options. He picked things to fit my frame very well and added some subtle touches with the pocket and bowtie. His professionalism and willingness to work with you on pricing and what you want are the reasons I will go to him when I want to get a tailored suit next year.
