Mr. Terry represented us with some other clients in filing law suits against insurance companies as result of an accident. He was successful with the first insurance company, but has failed to follow through with the second insurance company and has not returned numerous calls or emails to provide updates or progress. Very bad communication with clients.

In the courtroom Doug Terry was great. However, there was no follow through with what was to be done. And the communication with him through emails and calling his office is horrible.
