This was my first time ever using a lawyer and everyone at the court, including the judge, made it clear that things would have been much worse with my DUI if I hadn’t contacted Mr. DUI. Matt was great, and the outcome was as better than expected. He was never misleading with any information and let me know step by step how everything was going to go. All of my questions and concerns were answered by him in a timely manner. He made the whole process as easy, and as stress free as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Nebeker as a DUI lawyer. Truly a great attorney! was working in UT when I received a speeding ticket, and was concerned about having to travel back up to appear in court in order to fight. Mr. Nebeker was very professional, with great communication, and always followed through on everything he said. He can’t guarantee the outcome of a case but he gets results. My case was dismissed. I know whatever sentence came my way, it would've been the best possible result with Matt representing me. I will definitely refer him to anyone in my circle, and hire him in the future to handle my legal affairs. Thank you Matt!

Matt Nebeker was my sisters's attorney. My sister has some disabilities and Mr. Nebeker was very understanding and patient with her through the entire process. I couldn't be more impressed. He handled everything in an extremely professional manner, making sure she was totally prepared for each step. He took the time to get to know who she is, and used that information to her advantage. I watched in amazement listening to him speak to the judge on her behalf. I recently had to hire an attorney. I was beginning to feel like I was at a used car lot, until I came across Matthew Nebeker. After I read about his history online, I decided to meet him in person for my free consultation. When we concluded our meeting, I knew I had to hire him. This was my first offense, and it was a very serious charge, but at the conclusion of the case it was dismissed I recommend Matt to anyone. He knows the system inside and out, and is respected by the court and community.

Mr. Nebeker and his team did an excellent job in handling my case from start to finish. Anytime I had a question he had an answer and it was resolved in a timely manner.
