Minute key is more like 5 minutes for each key.nVery slow. You are given option of size key. 1 of my keys was small. It copied it after few minutes. When I tried the key it did not work. So it did the transaction yet key was no good. I called minute key customer service. They processed my refund. I then asked if I can get a coupon code for the inconvenience since I was going back to get few more regular size keys and was told its either or. The refund or a coupon code. So the refund is a given. I am due a refund. The coupon code would of been for future use for the inconvenience and customer service. Then girl on phone said that is not possible and out of her control.nMinute key should give their customer service reps more control to make executive decisions to satisfy the customers. I was 1 disappointed with the length in time to make each key also the lack in compensation to me when inconvenienced and charged . Minute key needs to step up in customer service.
