Prompt, knowledgeable and punctual. I got locked out of my place on a Sunday at around midnight. I called Jacob Locksmith and they resolved my issues within minutes. And that includes everything: dispatch time, lock access, lock replacement and authentication.
Jacob is an extremely good professional. Arrived in less than 15 minutes to my unit. Quickly picked a very complex Medeco door lock without any damage at all, and charged a very fair rate.nnJacob's also a very nice person! 5 stars, highly recommended!
Excellent Locksmith! He came in, installed a 'Jimmy Proof' deadbolt lock, and left. He was in and out in a short period of time, and very professional. The lock is of high quality and I felt much safer last night knowing that it was installed professionally by Jacob. His price was reasonable and I would highly recommend Jacob Locksmith to anyone.
Incredibly unprofessional technician sent to my home this evening. My door knob had been removed and I only needed the door knob and key replaced. I was quoted $120 over the telephone. Once the job was done this technician (middle aged Hispanic male) tried to increase the rate to $150. Became very defensive and rude once questioned about initial rate, was given $120 cash and tried to force us to Venmo $30 more. This man had no regard for customer service or professionalism. Will never use this company again and would not recommend. Dishonest technician.
Jacob was available immediately and installed my new hardware set doing the proper cuts to the door. Great service and reliable.
