Each class I learn something new or get challenged with a new concept in a completely safe and accepting environment. I have learned so much about my body and how to move it. Beautiful space and mostly great teacher with lots of knowledge. She is very creative, fun and diverse with her exercises keeping classical Pilates as a foundation. Taking her classes helped me to understand more the movements and connect with my body. She is extremely knowledgeable.
