I had to go up there at 3:30 am on April 8th 2021 because my smoke alarm started chirping and I couldn't sleep. The employee came to the locked door and said the system was down I had to wait 4 minutes. I told him I only needed a 9v battery could I please wait inside, he said no he couldn't open the door. 5 minutes pass and he opens the door and I asked for the battery. He told me the stand was 20 ft away but they were sold out of the 9v ones. HE MADE ME STAND OUT IN THE COLD WIND WITH A HOMELESS GUY ASKING FOR MONEY FOR 5 MINUTES WHEN HE KNEW WHAT I NEEDED AND WAS SOLD OUT!!!! He should have said when I told him I just needed that battery that they didn't have it in stock and I could have left at went somewhere else.... Instead of making a female wait outside alone in the middle of the night!

The customer service is terrible the security officers are doing their best but i don't blame their lack of interest as they see the employees and the business are not investing time in development of the store and they've completely failed on management of employees restocking mediocre and clueless cashier's but the officers were always diligent to ensure safety of customers employees by enforcing cdc guidelines
