Worst customer service ever. I’ve been banking with them for over 3 years and they literally told me that if I was in rush I should go to another bank! Unacceptable... by the way will be posting a video of the incident...
I am Wells Fargo customer for over 4 years. When I need to do simple thing as cashier’s check because the party doesn’t except anything else. Wells Fargo charged me $10 per check. Basically I store money there for 4 years and they charge me for simple services like checks. The banker Ana Sanin said that before I was able to receive cashier’s check for free as a one time courtesy. That would be great if she realizes that Wells Fargo customers do a courtesy to the company by using their services and they are not obligated to choose only Wells Fargo. May be she will be losing less valuable customers this way.
The attendant was extremely polite and provided EXCELLENT service. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I just recently moved to the area and this will 100% be my go-to bank. Thanks!!!!
The wait time is ridiculous during non peak hours for drive in. The wait time for peak hours surprasses half and hour.
