Dirty, broken down equipment (chair armrest has metal sticking out from the padding on both sides), dull clippers pulled hair instead of cutting smoothly, black greasy looking stains and smudges on the door and on the containers of hair products. Dirty, torn-up rags on the floor. Someone please get them to use some window cleaner on the windows and mirrors after they clean the floor. Carefully explained how I wanted my hair cut... he cut it pretty much opposite of what I asked for. Barbers hands stunk of cigarettes. No cash register... barber pulled wadded up bills out of his pocket to make change. Rap music playing on a cell phone. More broken-down equipment stacked along the wall. The owner of this business should open his eyes and get a good look at the nastiness he comes to work in every day.

Novello has an awesome spot. Super reasonable on prices and gives a mean skin fade. Highly recomend this spot.
