Let me start by saying the haircut was great, and the barbers were great and friendly. The reason I gave it two stars was everything else. I made an appointment at 3 PM and didn’t start the cut till 3:45 PM. Don’t see the point of making A reservation if I still have to wait 45 minutes. Also, while getting the haircut the barber started to cut my beard, but I never asked for him to cut my beard. I assumed he was just cleaning it up, which I can understand, but when the cut was finished, I was charged for it. I was a little Irritated he cut my beard when I did ask him to and I didn’t want him to, but then on top of it I was being charged. Also they don’t accept credit cards. I happened to have $40 cash on me, which I never do, and the total was $40. Even though I was not happy I didn’t want to not tip him, so I had to use the ATM which of course there Is fee so I ended up paying $48 out the door. This was my first time here so I wasn’t happy. I can understand there might have been miss communication but regardless I wasn’t happy with my experience.

Place is great, kid friendly, they have been cutting my hair for awhile now and I wont go anywhere else.
Went there 3 days in a row made multiple phone calls and left messages and I guess they were very busy because no one replied.
My boyfriend and I tend to stop here giving multiple chances for change. This place is great if you want too spend literally your whole day here waiting on a cut. The barbers sit and talk and are very slow to tend to customers. We once waited for 3 hrs and was late to an important event because we waited so long. We knew we had the event of course and came 3 hrs early, not knowing we’d be here this long just waiting. It’s hit or miss. It’s just a headache to even go here and we’ve given chance time and time again. We just came in yesterday, and sat for almost 2 hrs. At least if we wait that long, we want an amazing cut.
