Great selection and a convenient location with decent parking (although the lot has a weird layout, it’s huge).nnWe were able to find what we needed, get help from staff and check out efficiently.nnSafety protocols are good and being followed.nnA little pricey, but it is a tourist area so that’s to be expected.

I've got to say that I am VERY impressed with Eric Post, the Assistant Manager for Ron Jon's surf shop in Panama City Beach! Long story here. I bought an American Flag tag frame last summer (2020) there when the family and I went on vacation. If I had put it on my truck then, it would have covered up my 2020 tag sticker (that's illegal here in Georgia) so I waited until the new sticker came in January to put the frame on so I could place the tag sticker where it could be seen. After two weeks, the 'wrap' on the metal frame bubbled pretty badly and started falling of. I sent an email to RJ's just to see if there was anything I could do as far as replacing it knowing it was very doubtful. Eric replied to me very quickly and he was genuinely interested in trying to help me out. He said they took those tags off the shelf because they had issues with it and asked if I still had the receipt which I actually thought I might but never could find it so I just figured I was done and just moved on. Eric emailed me back after almost a week to see where I was on the receipt and I just told him I couldn't find it and didn't want to bother him anymore about it. Later, he sent me a picture of a new batch of frames which was identical to the one I have and offered to send that to me or get a store credit. I took the frame. Unbelievable customer service!! The way it should be! Thanks for your time and effort on this Eric. I've always been a 'Ron Jon' fan and this is just another reason why.

I love this store. They have some pretty cool skateboarding gear. I went here while on vacation and custom built a skateboard. It turned out awesome and the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

I shop here anytime I’m in town. I ended up reading the receipt wrong for one of my purchases and the manager, Eric, and the team there were so very helpful getting me taken care of. Amazing customer service even under busy times. Greatly appreciated all the help!

Took whole family in last night, it was clean, and staff was polite. I came back today to get some things I seen they wanted and was going to buy them as gifts. I walked in was asked if I had a mask, I said I do not. I was then told mask are required to shop, I asked if they had any. I was then told we do not hand ours out so I turned around and left. Now I seen signs last night stating mask were required to shop and we almost didn’t go in till we noticed most the people inside did not have mask on and nothing was said them or us at all last night. My complaint isn’t that I was told I couldn’t shop without a mask but that in less then 24 hours you employees have chosen to ignore then enforce the same rule and were not very pleasant about it when enforced. Your employee honestly saved me a few hundred dollars but it cost you that also.
