Great little store. Owner has terrible customer service!! I was there on vacation and asked about having a hat customized. All the ladies there said yes it could be done and it could be finished before I left PCB. Did not hear from them for 2 days so I called to check on it. It was not started. My last day in PCB, just few hours before I fly back home, I went to the store. They said its almost done give us an hour. I did not have an hour to spare so we agreed, after talking to the owner herself, to have it mailed. 1 week after being home, no hat. I called, the owner says she just finished it that day and mail had just picked it up. 6 days later (today) no hat, no email for tracking, nothing! Great stuff in the store, just make sure you get your stuff before leaving the store if it's customized.

Super cute store with adorable and affordable merchandise! I want to buy everything in there! The owner is so nice and the employees are very nice and helpful. Very impressive! Definitely a store everyone should shop at!

If I could give this place negative stars I would! Terrible customer service. Ordered an item in September paid for the item than I was notified it was not in stock. Owner asked if I wanted a different item I said no thank you just a refund and that was almost 2 months ago. I have emailed her repeatedly with no response and no refund. Place is a joke! Don’t shop here unless you want to be ripped off

Very friendly and helpful! Great selection. Sweet ladies spent time to find us sizes and colors. Would definitely recommend visiting.
