Violetta at the customer service desk was super helpful tracking down inventory that wasn't on the floor, but was in the storeroom. She didn't know how important it was for me to find this item, but she still worked like finding it was the most important thing in the world. My husband was in the hospital at the time and while I couldn't be there with him or help his pain, I really wanted to be able to have a present when I saw him again. I can't wait to see the look on my husband's face when he sees his surprise. Thank you, Violetta!

I found my favorite sunglasses here. I get compliments all the time. The store is clean, well stocked and organized. Very professional and friendly staff. I adore the home decor selection. As well as their health and beauty section. So many great options. And, located close to the beach, hotels and condos.

Very easy pickup! I ordered online and picked up in the store. I added another person approved for pickup and was even Able to extend the pickup time.

Tried to call in regarding a pick up order that needed to be rescheduled to a different day (I work 11 hours 6 days a week I have barely enough time to do things) which would have been the next day, but all extensions to any department just end with the line hanging up on me. I ended up having to rush there to pick it up in a fear they would return it, which led to me getting there right before close. Kind of frustrating, but I doubt anyone there cared enough after I told them, as it was closing time. Maybe this review will help remind them of their phone issue.nI go to target because the selection is nice, but customer service seems lacking since the pandemic started to wind down.
