Friendly service a little on the pricy side. There prices didn't maybe there online prices.
Very disappointed in this place after my shopping experience yesterday. I frequent torrid and have never had such a bad experience. Each time I go in to this location I've noticed the staff is different. This set of girls just aren't friendly whatsoever. To begin, with covid precautions in place they're only allowing 5 people in the whole store at a time. When we walked in we were told that they recommend that we wear a mask and that if we don't they will not assist us throughout the store. I declined and responded I didn't need any assistance. When I got ready to check out I had found two dresses the same but that were priced differently. I brought both to the counter. The girl responds that the lesser item( the same dress just different size) was priced incorrectly and I couldn't have the size I needed for the lesser price. I responded by saying that in any situation like this in the past I've always been given the lesser price. She responded by saying well do you want the dress or no? Luckily I had a reward to use which brought the price down. Overall the women just have bad attitudes to be working retail. Not a fan at the moment and will NOT be visiting Torrid for a while. At least until the staff changes again.
Good quality clothes for all women of different sizes. Service is good as well
