Pauline has been handling our personal taxes for many years and has done a great job for my family. My son who lives in Nashville used her for the first time this year and nothing but good things to say about the service he received. I normally do my parents' taxes as they are pretty straight forward. This year I had trouble at the last minute. The forms have changed and the language wasn't clear on how to calculate their pension amounts. Pauline Lapierre too me in and knocked this in just a few days. She was pleasant and very professional. The best part was the price. She was very reasonable. Based on my first experience, I can recommend her highly. I've decided to let her do my taxes next year also.
