My parents contracted Patterson to move their stuff out of a storage space and into their new home. I only came at the tail end of the move, so I can't comment on the whole process. But what I CAN comment on was the crew's courtesy, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile. When I showed up, some things where not where my folks ultimately wanted them, and I asked the movers if they wouldn't mind moving some heavy items around for them. They instantly said yes and finished the job without complaint and with surprising speed and care. I rarely write online reviews, but I was really impressed by their willingness to help and by their professionalism .
