The owner is very unprofessional and spiteful. She shouldn't even be around children with her attitude and personality. She doesn't even deserve one star.
The staff here are very professional when I visited here recently.
My nephew went here and after I picked him up once I told my sister in law to pull him out. I'm a childcare worker myself and I had to stop several teachers to tie their students shoes or wipe faces kids are allowed to play in the middle of the walkway there is nobody in the front to check people in so literally anyone can come in grab a kid and walk out and the thing that made me the most disturbed was when I went to get my nephew (who was 11 months old at the time) his teacher wouldnt give him to me because she was busy KISSING HIM. Staff should NEVER kiss a baby that isnt their own flesh and blood!!! I got my sis in law to nope out of there first chance she got.
We've had our daughter here since July 2017. Never had a real problem. I recommend them often.
Willow Tree Academy, has amazing teachers.nThey're very caring and nurturing. The owner is hands on and always available. Anytime my daughter misses a day, they call to check on her. The teachers are always engaged with the children. The staff are Always dedicated to the children. The facility is clean and affordable. I love the fact that I can trust Willow tree Academy with the most precious thing I have my daughter.
