I’ve gone to different Texas Roadhouse locations and this one has to be the BEST so far! Even though we had to wait a hour to be seated, it was a great experience. Their covid precautions are good! Our waiter (Michael) was super sweet and just made our dinner 10x better! A big applause to the cooks too because every time I order a medium well done steak it’s always over cooked but my steak was perfectly cooked and so soft! Definitely will be coming back again!

Update! Visited this place yesterday at 4:30 p.m. on February 3rd 2021. I've been to a million Texas Roadhouse's in many states. And it is very very very rare that they can do a Pittsburgh steak or even know how to do a Pittsburgh Steak. The only one that I've ever found that is done incorrect is the one in Virginia Beach and the chef's name was dolo. But now this location is hired an exceptional Chef that did it perfect. I wish I knew his name I wish I had asked so I could ask for him again every time I come. Maybe you guys could get back to me and let me know who that was that cooked my steak Pittsburgh at 4:30 p.m. yesterday. I wish I was able to post a picture.nnCute girls! Great steaks! And cold brews!

Perhaps the experience of dining in with Texas Roadhouse is great but the mobile order and curbside pickup is a disaster. We placed our order through the app at 6:57PM for an expected pick up time of 7:45PM. We arrived around 7:30PM to pick up and understood our food wouldn't be ready until the :45 so we waited and I sent the text through of our spot. 7:45PM rolls around and I get a phone call from a staff member inside informing me that they were out of medium rare prime ribs and could only fulfil the one medium I had. They offered me a medium-well one, which I accepted but was confused as to why this wasn't something discussed sooner? I should have my food at this time, not be discussing adjustments. Another 30 minutes rolls by and still no food is brought out to our spot. Plenty of others arrive and leave with bags of food as we have now waited for over half an hour. One of our party goes in to see what is going on to discover our food was just sitting on the counter and very obviously was for a while. I could expect mistakes like this on the weekends but on a Tuesday? No apologies were given by the staff. After inspecting the food we found out we were given two medium well prime ribs after being promised the last medium in house. Overall this experience has put a sour taste in our mouths for this establishment.

Order curbside pickup tonight. 1st time doing this. I love the food here. One of my favorite places to eat. The ordering online was very simple. The food was ready on time and still hot when we got it home.Would def order this way again!!!

The food was brought to my car on time and hot. The ribs were over cooked (dried out). I aked for a medium well steak and got a medium rare. Rib Eye taste like sirloin, but hey rolls were great as always. I'm going to assume our experience would have been better if we dined in.
