We love the y for swim lessons! Sam is really good with my 1 year old. She is so caring and so understanding!
Since Covid happened I have been working from home and doing some workout there as well. When the Y re-open for gym members my wife and I decided to wait and see how things go. So, we ended up going back to the Y at the end of November. I noticed (when on the elliptical, stationary bike, and treadmill) my right foot would continuously turn outward. Every time I was at the Y and wanted to talk to a trainer, they were always in class (which is great). Then the Y finally hired a new trainer Bill and I had a chance to talk to Bill about my issue. Bill was able to identify the issue and gave me some good foam roller stretches to help. After a few day of stretches, when I returned to the Y my foot was staying straight ahead like it was. I was still feeling it wanting to turn. But I think staying with Bill recommendations on the foam roller will correct the issues. Thanks Bill, and thanks Y for hiring him.
Great place to work out. The staff are amazing people with great attitudes who nurture a family atmosphere.
