It’s a fantastic park, however it’s restricted to Briarwood Estates residents only. This constitutes only 10-15 homes in the front of the neighborhood development; one that has grown significantly over the decades. As a resident (and park-lover) living in Sweetbriar Woods adjacent to this park, I have made several requests to be permitted to contribute to their HOA and made several proposals to open this park for the rest of the neighborhood. It’s a shame that we are prohibited from using it when it’s practically in our back yard. Residents surrounding the park will chase you off regardless of any activity. It’s just a shame.
