I went in today to transfer data from an old phone to a new one. An employee named Corey greeted me and asked if he could help. I explained what I needed and he responded that he'd be happy to take care of that. He proceeded to not only transfer data but to check for updates and point out features of the phone I wouldn't have known about. It was great to get such competent and professional service but also to interact with such a genuinely personable representative.

Walked in to store on a Sunday. Both women employees sitting on the phones. Told them I needed assistance resetting my pin number as my phone was locked.. First words out of one employee was YOU HAVE TO GO TO CHARLOTTESVILLE for that. My response was I AM NOT DRIVING 30 MILES for this. She didn't even go off the chair. The other girl stated she would have to reset my phone and lose all data or call ATT. I actually had to use the store phone to call ATT and then Samsung while they ignored me. A devoted employee would of said '' Let me call someone and see if we can get this taken care of.. NOPE . Just sad.. If I go back and they are there I am walking out the door. Perhaps I need to go there when Corey is working

Giving this store 1 star is way too generous. I had a special situation where I was moving to Alaska and needed to change services. I would have loved to have stayed with Sprint. I told the Clerk I needed a phone with and unlimited plan for $75 was told it was $55, I left happy, got the bill $170 not happy. I Will be calling my American Express Fraud Department to report this misrepresentation. Do not go to this store
