I called waynesboro papa John's to deliver to my parents house on 250. Dokata (I think that was his name) said that it was a blank spot but he would deliver to us there. He was fabulous and he was right on time. Thank you so much for your friendly customer service.nnDenise craig
Placed order for pizza and a side. Waited patiently until the tracker said it was delivered, which wasn't the case. Called the store and was told it had just came out of oven and that the manager accidently hit the button.nWaited for the delivery another ten minutes. No show, I can walk there in less time. Called back and managers solution was to void order after hinting that there would be an altercation created by us. If this is the type of treatment they wish to express, especially since there was no animosity on our part to warrant such assumption we voided the order.nVery poor customer relations, when the correct response should have been an apology.
So delicious! The food was great but the customer service needs improvement.
Young lady named katelen turned this place around. She is a wonder young lady she does an amazing job here.
Normally this place is spot on. Today Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving it seems everyone is eating pizza. I had to wait additional 37 minutes after I got there to pickup. All in all this place is great.
