It was around noon when I arrived to get food for an aunt that was coming in from out of town. We decided on KFC because it was way better than burgers. I placed my order and was told that they had sold out of chicken livers today. I don't believe that they open for breakfast so it's safe to assume that they open around 10am or 11am. I find it hard to believe that they just ran out. It was probably a case of the manager did not order enough for the week. But I don't appreciate being lied to. Just tell me the truth! I would have been disappointed, like I was, but I wouldn't have felt like I was being disrespected. Come on people, I know you can do better than this because I've seen it. Even the guy at the register went through the motions of saying I'm sorry but he almost had his back to me when he said it.

I usually brag highly on this location, not this time. Long wait in the drive thru, paid over $7 for a 3 strop meal only to get 1 full strip, 1 piece of crispy skin (no chicken) and a piece of something about one and a half inches. So dissatisfied, money wasted. Had I not waited so long for this disappointment and the cars weren't wrapped around the building after I pulled off and checked the food, I definitely would have returned it. They are too expensive for them to be skimpy or cheating anyone out of what they actually paid for.

Nice clean restaurant.nFebruary 11th 2021 I went through the drive thru and my order of 12 honey bbq hot wings came in a container with fryer oil pooled in it and the wings look like ones pulled from the very bottom of fryer when cleaning it.nNo honey bbq sauce on them at all...very disappointed.

This place has gone down hill I tried to call 6 -7 times and the line was just busy busy they had charged for a 4 piece which I didn't get nor did I want I only wanted the 3 piece.my husband and I never got our biscuits with our combos.
