Was able to schedule fairly quickly, one week out. I scheduled a loc extension because I had cut some of my locs disproportionately. I put my down payment verified appointment the day prior and the day of they called to change the location, no biggie. Fast forward Hair is done, as I’m leaving, I style my bun and an extension disconnected, which was fixed immediately. The service was also changed from loc extension to loc repair which saved some money.Once I got home and went to pull the hair through my loc sleeve two more disconnected. I called, left a message, never received a call back. It’s been two weeks and I can honestly say ALL the repairs have disconnected. I will not recommend this business for loc repair or extension, I can’t speak for any other services and I have no interest in returning.

The owners are great, hospitality is awesome, environment is clean but they are always understaffed and at times have doubled/ tripled booked clients.
