The gym is awesome. It's always very well cleaned and that have a lot of machines. I absolutely Love working out here and then heading to the hydro massage chairs and finally to tan and red light vibration therapy. So relaxing! The customer service is excellent and I refer everyone here.
They modify workouts to your ability and push you to be better. Great place to workout!

Great environment, knowledgeable and inviting, great place to learn and get fit.
I just started here 5 weeks ago and would consider myself new to CrossFit. Whether you are an elite athlete or just trying to get off the couch. Carrie the owner is knowledgeable, supportive and helps to make you feel comfortable. The other members are welcoming and encouraging, as well. It’s a community. This is exactly the type of place I need to keep me showing up!
