For some inexplicable reason, my local UPS guy occasionally (very rarely, actually) delivers packages that I miss to this store, which is not particularly convenient -instead of just dropping them off at my delivery address. But the fine folks at the UPS Store on Lew Dewitt Blvd arranged to make everything all right by arranging re-delivery to the correct address the next day!nnThanks folks!

I brought in a long thin uniquely shaped object to send to my brother. I had no idea how to wrap it so I let them do it for me. They were cheerful and confident, so I happily left it in their care.

I always have an amazing experience at this location. The staff is courteous and friendly. I am able to ship all my items with ease and assurance they will get to their destinations. I was shipping some personalized items and I didn’t check the labels matched the person for which the items were being shipped. I called the store and the attendant quickly got the labels changed for me with no problems. That was completely my error and she took care of it. I am thankful they were able to do that for me.
