The worst customer service I’ve ever had at a dealership. I was browsing for a vehicle, I had a payment number I would like to be under, which was EXTREMELY realistic. I had substantial cash in hand to put down a down payment, and a trade in that was worth more than I owed, and fantastic credit. I told them I would trade my car in and put some money down, they told me that my payment “wasn’t going to happen”. They never asked any information about my car, they never asked about how much I wanted to put down, they never ran the numbers or anything. Terrible, rude, and a waste of time.

This place sold us a car with major frame rust issues that was covered up with body filler and black paint concealing how unsafe the car was. After time the body filler and paint fell off. Eventually the sway bar separated from the frame while driving which could have resulted in significant injury or death.nnPlease do yourself and your family a favor and do not buy from this unsafe dealership.nnI will be contacting the Virginia State police to investigate this dealership MBL auto and whomever inspection station they are using that is passing cars illegally that are not safe.nnYou have been warned, please see the other people that had similar issues with this dealership.

Great Experience with MBL Auto. Very good customer care. They also have a good selection of cars to choose from and were very flexible. I would recommend them 100%
