Mixcars dealership was great! I went with my brother to look at and purchase a Mini Pacemen 2015 car. They are a small family owned business. It was pleasure doing business with them. They were very nice, honest and low pressure. They certainly dispelled any stereotypes of used ud83dude97 car dealers. My brother was very happy. Very nice people, worth doing business with them in the future. Also very nice ud83dude97 car!!

I’m a student and looking to buy my first car. Thankfully, they had amazing deal for a blue Jetta! All the cars at Mix Cars are beautiful and well kept. The owners are very nice and understanding. They explained everything about the car and their business. They even helped my older sister out with her car questions. They did everything in office. The entire process of buying the car was made simple and easy! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy an affordable used car!

February 2021 we bought a 2004 Honda Civic with less that 29,000 miles on it. We initially called Mix Cars by phone in the morning and finalized the agreed price with them by noon. The paperwork process was prompt, cooperative and professional. As we communicated via phone calls, text and mail, Mix Cars was patient and helpful. When we picked up the vehicle, they had the vehicle filled with gas, clean and ready to drive from 4 hours to North Carolina. I highly recommend doing business with Mix Cars. They are honest people and according to their reviews they are reputable. They will go out of their way to make their customers happy and satisfied. My wife and I had a great experience buying a car from MIXCARS. It was not a stressful experience at all, my wife and I felt confident we got a great deal on a clean car from the married couple working there. They were friendly and answered our questions directly about the various vehicles we looked at . I highly recommend visiting MIXCARS if your interested in purchasing a carnEDIT: My wife and I dropped my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars because it turns out the car we bough has some AC issues that we had not picked up on in their inspection.nnWe initially chalked up the AC intermittently not working to user error as the car was new to us, (it seemed to work intermittently) but after 2 weeks it was clear something was problematic. The AC itself worked but would not blow air unless you were driving fast enough for the air to physically move the blower motor from wind resistance, hence while we tested the car we did not notice this. When we explicitly asked MIXCARS if there was anything wrong or needed repair (motor, ac and otherwise) we were told nothing was wrong.nnThe mechanic we went to stated that this is something that should have been easily caught during inspection. We trust what our mechanic told us since we know them personally.nnWe called MIXCARS about this. They were very polite, but made it clear the car was purchased 'as is', this includes problems they did not know about. We would have liked to have known that the blower motor and resistor need to be replaced before deciding to purchase the car as the new parts cost 954.48$.nnThe only help MIXCARS could offer was finding a mechanic in their area who offered to repair the car for a cheaper than a dealership might. We still will have pay for the labor and purchase the parts.nnOverall, the couple at MIXCARS are very pleasant, but they missed something costly that should have been easily picked up upon inspection. If the car had been properly inspected, we would have not bought the car knowing it need over 1,000$ to repair (including the right parts and labor)
