Simo of UM was very Professional, courteous, respectful and friendly from beginning to the end of our inquiry and purchase of our vehicle from United Motors. Most importantly he communicated a timely manner and got back to us if there was a question which he could answer right away. His willing to work with us in an knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward manner. His personalize service. His willingness to wait after regular business for us to do test drive and ask questions, the knowledge of the market and specific vehicles made the difference in our car buying experience. Simo is the best car salesman ever. After getting turned down at so many dealerships because my credit is not great, he was able to get me in a car for a little bit higher down payment. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He even went out of his way to meet me when my permanent tags came in and even put them on for me. I was having a problem with a fuse not working and he took the time to check it out and let me know which one needed replaced. I will never buy a car from another dealership again. United Motors is the go to place for a reliable vehicle. They will even find you a vehicle make and model you are looking for if there have none on the lot at the time you come to purchase. This is by far, excellent customer service Two thumbs up to Simo at United Motors. I definitely recommend this place!
