Great shop that works with you on finding the right vehicle. Josh helped us out and was very upfront about any known issues with the vehicle we were interested in. With what we told him we were interested in, he showed us everything they had to offer that would fit our needs. Josh has been super patient and always willing to help us out with what we need. One of the very few used car dealerships I've had a great experience with.

Most people generally dislike the potentially aggravating experience of having to go through the whole car buying process. I’ve learned to loathe it over the years. But our experience from start to finish was quite possibly the best auto buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Josh took the time to keep us informed on the readiness of the vehicle, even sending us a video walk around he personally recorded to send us before coming in. He had the vehicle pulled out and ready to be inspected and driven by us upon arrival. Friendly and professional sales staff (Josh and Moe) went out of their way to ensure they provided exceptional customer service while not coming across as the “used car salesman type” . I honestly forgot they were working there at one point and just though they were friends I brought along to help me shop!nDylan Six in finance is worth an exceptional mention!!! He was not only hilarious but also personable and professional. He is extraordinarily informative and helpful, coaching us on ways to save money over time we never knew as seasoned car buyers, but also saving us thousands of dollars upfront by leveraging his banks against the financing we came in with!! Notable throughout the negotiations as well as the document signing process Dylan was detailed and factual showing the type of professionalism and dedication to quality service that is indicative of top notch leadership! Honestly one of the most pleasant vehicle purchases I have ever experienced. Dylan , my rep was as professional as you will ever meet. He answered every question or concern I had being from out of state and wanting to purchase a vehicle from Pride Auto.
