This was by far one of the best places I’ve ever gone in search of a vehicle .not only were they very helpful in finding something that suited my needs , but they helped me get into the exact vehicle I wanted quickly . Customer service is important and they couldn’t have done a better job providing me with the best service possible. THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE. I WAS FORCED TO PUT A DEPOSIT HOLD ON MY VEHICLE BECAUSE I HAD AN EMERGENCY. WE ALREADY PLANNED I WOULD PURCHASE THE VEHICLE (looking back I should have let it go). WHEN I ARRIVED THE VEHICLE I WAS PURCHASING WAS FILTHY. THE SON WAS DRIVING THE CAR (ACTUALLY USING A CAR THEY HAVE ON THEIR WEBSITE TO SELL) TO WORK WHICH WAS A DUSTY CONSTRUCTION SITE. MY CAR WAS FILTHY INSIDE & OUT. I HAD MY 11m YEAR OLD BABY WITH ME & REQUESTED THE CAR BE CLEANED....IT NEVER WAS. I WAS RUSHED THROUGH THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION & FRUSTRATED BECAUSE THEY DO NOT EXCEPT CREDIT CARDS, WHICH THEY NEVER SAID. THEY MANIPULATE THEIR CARS SO THE ENGINE LIGHT IS TURNED OFF BUT WILL TURN BACK ON ONCE YOU DRIVE OFF THE LOT FOR A WHILE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO ONE WORKS THERE THAT CAN ACTUALLY HELP YOU. YOUR BEST BET IS TO KEEP THE CAR YOU HAVE OR GO ACROSS THE STREET.
Great first time car shopping experience, I have no complaints, could not be more pleased with the service given by DASH AUTO. Thank you, highly recommend if you are in the market for a vehicle!
