Early morning is the way to go unless you can leave your car or you have time to wait. The Hyundai service center is being remodeled and hyundai's are being serviced with nissans. Always, friendly people, good service!

Very professional staff, clean and safe environment with covid19 safety procedures in effect. They were able to take my vehicle in right away without a prior appointment necessary. The staff was very attentive and eager to help unlike other service departments that make you wait for when they feel like working. I am very happy with this location and would highly recommend thheir service team
Went for an oil change and inspection as a walk in, they were able to take care of my car no problem. They did let me know it would be an hour and a half wait ahead of time (and it was), but that wasn't a problem for me. TV in the waiting room, chair spaced apart so I was fine.
I was able to schedule a last minute appointment online and Pohanka Hyundai of Fredericksburg had me quickly in and out. The waiting room was adequately spaced to accommodate for social distancing and hand sanitizer dispensers were plentiful. The staff was courteous, professional, and very welcoming which was great for my young Princess who enjoyed the visit, especially with the wifi for her tablet. ❤ud83dudc78ud83cudffd❤ Service today was only an oil change, but all went well with realistic recommendations for a future visit. #THANKFUL
