I am only giving this car dealership a 1 star. If Google Reviews would let me, I wouldn’t give it a star at all. This was possibly the worst car shopping experience I have ever had. My husband & I drove all the way out to VA from OH to look at a 2010 Toyota Sequoia that they had listed on CarGurus. I had been in contact with Frank (the sales manager) the previous week & told him we were planning a trip out there to look at this vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership I was less then impressed with the dealership and customer service. Frank was incredibly rude and had the worst customer service. When we had asked him if we could test drive the vehicle, Frank said that they had LOST THE KEYS! He continued to tell us that we would need to come back on Monday. My husband & I were at a loss for words because we had driven 6 hours to see & test drive this vehicle. The dealership had one job & they couldn’t even do it. Furthermore, they were turning us away when we in fact had brought cash & were willing to pay full asking price... WHO DOES THAT?! We left. Came back after they found the keys 2 hours later (Yes, my husband & I had to drive around for 2 hours while they were scrambling to find the keys that they had lost... knowing we had cash & were willing to pay full price if we liked the vehicle). When we test drove the vehicle I was completely appalled (appalled is probably an understatement). The car was disgusting & it had not been detailed. Furthermore, it looked nothing like the pictures they had posted on the internet. When we brought all of this to Frank’s attention, he said that they only detail the cars after you buy it.... Meaning they show everyone dirty vehicles & we would have to wait an additional 2 plus hours to have it cleaned. Please save your time, your money, your energy, and DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR DEALERSHIP! I will repeat this, it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone, hence this review.

Nice truck

Moe and Frank were great.. not pushy, showed me 6 trucks and let me test drive what ever I wanted. Let me take my time to look over the trucks by myself with no pressure but very willing to answer questions..They have a huge inventory, so it is easy to compare different vehicle's. The buying process was smooth with no tricks or B S . They do lending and dmv work and have there own garage so it's a one stop shop...don't be discouraged by the looks of the lot and office...the rest of the staff were friendly and I am very happy with my purchase...

Anyone who comes here will love this place good service greatpeople good atmosphere and they'll work with you and if you don't have it when you do have it they'll more than willing to sit there and have you come back and get your vehicle that's what happened with me
