Decent for the area but the management company needs to do better at ensuring all residents are abiding by all rules. Well kept for the most part but you can tell the few that don't take care of their lots!
Ok place only issue I see is if you live on the far right side the yards are swampy due to the way the water runs went to fix a floor and couldn't because of all the stagnant water and mud

Nice wide roads and nice location
Dirty, the parkings are sinking in, the people living there is cheap and nasty, the inside of the units is breaking apart, the decks are rotten and unsafe, the mud there makes it impossible to walk, basically a garbage hole ud83dude20
